Equipped as standard with a mulching blade that reduces clippings to tiny fragments, minimizing the space occupied in the 75 litre catcher; this in turn means fewer emptying stops.

The mower can also be converted to operate as a mulcher by closing off the rear duct with a special plug supplied as standard; with this setup, the grass clippings swirl under the deck and are chopped repeatedly before dropping onto the lawn to provide a beneficial organic fertilizer.

Self-propelling models are also equipped with a special rubber covered handgrip for extra comfort, and with metal wheels turning on ball bearings, ensuring maximum resistance to wear and increased durability.

The cutting height is infinitely variable, and adjusted by way of a centralized mechanism operated from a front knob.

Also available is the TBXF professional model, with a blade brake that can be applied to keep the engine running while the blade stays motionless: this allows the operator to empty the clippings bag without having to stop and restart the machine.
